D-Star One is ready to launch!
From the 6th to the 20th of November, at the Vostochny launch site (Tsiolkovsky, Amur Oblast, Russia), the teams of German Orbital Systems GmbH (GOS) and iSky Technology s.r.o. (iSky) conducted final preflight checkout procedures of the D-Star ONE SC subsystems and telecommunication modules.
All tests were completed successfully. Based on the results GOS and iSky concluded that the satellite is fully ready for launch. D-Star ONE was integrated into the deployer which was mounted on the Fregat upper stage??™s adapter frame and successfully passed joint test with electrical systems of the upper stage.
